If you want to farm Black Pearls effectively in ARK Survival Ascended, there's an easy-to-get way to do so in some specific places with very little prep that requires an understanding of the layout of the locations.

Viking Bay
Your optimal spot for Black Pearl farming is at position 21.8, 33.4 in ARK Survival Ascended. It's the easiest farming place on the map. You'll be around the Viking Bay region, directly below the enormous ship structure.
The Black Pearls here are located directly on the sea bottom and thus are easily accessible.
Unfortunately, you cannot use an Anglerfish to harvest here; thus, manually looting the Black Pearls is your only option.
The region typically has six or seven Black Pearl nodes scattered throughout it, so thoroughly explore the surrounding area.
The latest graphical additions to ARK Survival Ascended have turned Black Pearls quite shiny, just like Silica Pearls, making them much more noticeable and easier to spot than ever before.

Deep Ocean Trenches
The deep ocean trenches are also an excellent source for Black Pearls in ARK Survival Ascended. This is an alternative farming location to Viking Bay, and you'll need to know the unique water system layout.
The ocean is two-tiered. The upper tier is the shallow water, where you will find less aggressive creatures. However, the shallow tier has no Black Pearls.

Your goal is to reach the lower level of the ocean floor. The deeper you go, the higher your chances of encountering substantial Black Pearl deposits. These resources are generally distributed throughout all areas of the bottom level, so it is essential to remain vigilant of your surroundings during framing.
Underwater Exploration Tips
When exploring the deeper oceanic areas, you will generally discover underwater caves and interesting geological formations like ribcages and others. Such places tend to have Black Pearl nodes.
Mosasaurus spawns are reliable indicators of Black Pearls' presence. If you observe Mosasaurus, Black Pearls are likely nearby, as both prefer deep-water habitats.
