Ghostwire: Tokyo has plenty of spooky secrets, but one of the coolest rewards is a clear Bethesda nod. The Fallout 4 Vault Suit is a cosmetic outfit you can earn without grinding shops or relying on luck. You only need to complete The Crimson Moon, follow a simple rooftop route, and send the lunar data back to Ed.
Before You Start The Crimson Moon
The Crimson Moon becomes available after progress leads you to the Kagerie Observation Deck. Once it is available, head to the ringing payphone to begin the side mission and keep an eye out for enemies along the way.

Start The Mission And Collect The Observation Device
Answer the payphone to speak with Ed and start The Crimson Moon. After control returns, head back to the nearby locker area and grab the Observation Device. It works like a watch, revealing green circular search zones on your map. Those circles guide you to the best rooftops for collecting lunar analysis data.
Lunar Analysis Data Location 1
Head to the closest green circle first. Move through the nearby construction site and look for the first tall building that offers a clear view. Expect Visitors inside unless the area has been cleared recently.
After the fights, look for a wall covered in Japanese characters. At the end of that display, a staircase leads up to the third floor, and more enemies may be waiting there.
Once the floor is safe, find the lift near the stickers you need to pass. Take the next lift, then reach the top floor. Clear the corruption on the roof, step onto the highest platform, and activate the Observation Device. Use the observation function and point it at the moon to lock in the first data reading.

Lunar Analysis Data Location 2
For the second circle, start near the overpass that overlooks Shibuya Station. Walk to the end of the overpass near the large sign, then look up for a Tengu point and grapple to it. Once you land, follow the path on the right until you reach the escalators, then ride up several floors.
From there, look up again and use another Tengu grapple point to climb higher. Keep pushing upward by using the ladder and the next lift to reach the top.
This rooftop area has floating Visitors, so clear them carefully before moving to the end. When you reach the final ladder, climb up and activate the Observation Device again to finish the second scan.

Lunar Analysis Data Location 3
The last green circle is farther away. Travel toward the Morite Shrine area, using Ebisu Bank and two nearby buses as an easy landmark.
Use the stairs to start climbing, then keep going up until you reach the top area with stacked boxes. Climb over the ledge, take the lift beside it, and prepare for another enemy-filled section.
Once the area is cleared, head to the far end for the final climb. Activate the Observation Device for the last time, then take a moment to confirm the scan is completed before leaving the roof.

Return To Ed And Claim The Outfit
After the third scan, the job is still not finished. Return to the same payphone you used earlier and speak with Ed again. Transfer the lunar analysis data, and the reward drops immediately.
The Fallout 4 Vault Suit is cosmetic only, so it will not change weapons or stats. Still, it is a fun outfit to wear while exploring Shibuya and hunting for more side missions.
