The experience of being locked out of a visible region in Ghostwire: Tokyo is extremely frustrating, particularly when it prevents you from obtaining a final relic or your spirit as a whole.

One of those places is the path that leads to the 24th Floor of the Shibuya Kagerie. By taking this path, you will be able to enter the appropriate part, avoid encounters that are not necessary, and obtain what you have come for.

Location: Kuo Shrine Area in Shibuya Kagerie

This route starts in the Kuo Shrine area, inside Shibuya Kagerie. The starting point is the convenience store on the same Floor tied to the Kappa side mission area. From here, exit the store and head toward the escalator that goes up.

Getting to the Correct Building and Sliding Doors

After taking the escalator up, look ahead and move toward the correct building along the objective route. Keep following the path until the sliding doors appear. This is the checkpoint that confirms you are in the right place.

Safe Zone Clue: No Enemies, Clothing, and the Elevator

This area is noticeably calm. There are no enemies here. Instead, there are clothes you can try on, and an elevator nearby. The elevator is simple and only takes you to one destination: the 24th Floor. That single-floor setup is unusual, but it is exactly what you need for this location.

Prepare for a Dangerous Visitor on the 24th Floor

The preparation that comes before using the elevator is important. In front of you is an adversary who is towering, white, and disturbing. If you rush in without a plan, you can end up in a perilous situation with this Visitor: the Shiromuku.

How to Use Quick Purge to Avoid Direct Combat

Using stealth is the clean strategy to use if confrontation is not the desired outcome. To utilize Quick Purge from the back of the Shiromuku, you must move behind it. Because of this, the threat may be eliminated quickly, and the encounter can be kept under control. Expect a tense moment, and make sure you are prepared if this is the first time you have encountered this type of enemy.

Relic Pickup: Hokusai Ukiyo-e for Artsy Nekomata

After defeating the Shiromuku, a relic appears in this area. The item is the Hokusai Ukiyo-e. This relic is needed for Artsy Nekomata, and it can also be a key pickup for anyone pushing to finish spirit totals.

Spirit Count and Trophy Progress

This region has the potential to be the last stop for players who are working toward completing the spirit. Several runs conclude somewhere in the area of 240,000, which corresponds to the full-city aim of 240,300 spirits that are associated with Salvation of All. The achievement of that milestone is a significant step toward play focused on completion.

Optional Trophy Note: Visiting Hours Are Over

If trophy progress is the next goal, Visiting Hours Are Over requires defeating every unique Visitor type. If the Forsaken is still missing from the list, it becomes the key target to track down before that trophy can unlock.
