In Grounded 2, Acorns are valuable items, but you need to know how to find and collect them.

This guide will show you how to find Acorns and get the tools you need to break them and extract the Acorn’s contents in Grounded 2.

Finding Acorn Locations

You can find Acorns by looking around large trees in Grounded 2. Usually, Acorns spawn near these large trees.

The best place to find Acorns is at the base of any large trees you come across.

You will need to look about the region carefully because the Acorns don't just show up in one place.

Check various locations around the tree and venture outward to find additional Acorns scattered in different places throughout the area in Grounded 2.

Upgrading Your Equipment

You need to upgrade your Omni Tool with the Shovel upgrade before you can pick Acorns. You need this upgrade to break the Acorns and get their contents.

To start the upgrade procedure, go to the Ranger Outpost. The Ranger Outpost is where you can upgrade your Omni Tool.

The Omni Tool upgrade requires basic materials, including Sap, Raw Science Points, and Sprigs in Grounded 2.

Breaking Open Acorns

You can go back to the Acorn spots and start harvesting once you've gotten the Shovel upgrade for your Omni Tool.

Use the new tool to break open each Acorn and collect the contents inside.

Keep in mind that the Acorn Tree region is still your farming ground for Acron's contents. Go back there if you need to get additional Acorns for crafting or other things in Grounded 2.
