To get the Red Brick in the Firefly Mission you have to follow some steps without getting distracted by other objectives.

Finding the Hidden Room

You will walk through the path until you get to a room with the Ticket Office. You might see a task to open a door, but you should ignore that. Just turn right instead. You will enter the Planetarium. It has pictures of planets on the walls and a model in the center.

Solving the Display Puzzle

Go to the handwheels in the middle of the room. Spin them until they show the Red Planet, Mars. The model will crack open. Now you can grab the Red Brick in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
