To get the Red Brick in the Mr. Freeze Mission you have to follow some steps without getting distracted by other objectives.

Finding the Hidden Panel

After you finish the boss fight, you will play as Nightwing and Batgirl. Do not build the machine yet. Look behind you at the walls. You will see a red panel. Use Batgirl to throw your Hackarang at this panel.

Solving the Target Puzzle

Hitting the panel shows three targets. Use the Electrorang as Nightwing to hit all three at the same time. In LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, The Red Brick will drop down from the left when you hit them.
