Luna Abyss Guide | How to Dash Through Red Barriers
Use dash timing to pass Red Barriers and reach locked routes without losing momentum.

Red Barriers are traversal gates that block normal movement in Luna Abyss. You cannot walk through them, and jumping into them will stop your route. To pass them, you need to use your dash at the right time. The move is basic, but time is everything with platforms, gaps and adversaries around the barrier.
The safest method is to line up with the opening first. Do not dash from an angle unless the path gives you enough space. A clean, straight dash reduces the chance of hitting the side of the barrier and falling into a lower area.
How to Dash Through the Barrier
Stand close enough to see the full route beyond the Red Barrier. Jump if the barrier is raised above the ground, then dash through the red field in one committed motion. After crossing, prepare to land, double jump, or connect to a Watcher if the route continues across a gap.

How to Keep Control After Dashing
Do not press every movement button at once after crossing. Let the dash carry you through first, then correct your landing. If there is a platform after the barrier, aim for the center. If the route leads into combat, land while already looking for the nearest enemy or shielded target.

When Red Barriers Hide Optional Routes
Some Red Barriers lead to optional paths, upgrade chests, or Drift Crystal routes. If you see a white symbol near the wall, search nearby for a small gap, side platform, or upper ledge. These marks often point toward a hidden path instead of the main objective.
Best Movement Tip
Treat every Red Barrier as part of a chain. Look past the barrier before moving. If the next step needs a double jump, Watcher, or platform, plan it before you dash. This keeps your movement clean and avoids repeat falls.
