Luna Abyss Guide | How to Possess Widow Wardens
Use Widow Wardens to cross late-game routes and solve possession-based traversal sections.

Widow Wardens appear later in Luna Abyss as part of advanced possession routes. They work like special traversal bodies that help you move through areas where normal jumps, dashes, and Tether Hand routes are not enough. The ability becomes important in The Hanging Towers and nearby late-game paths.
These sections are less about fighting and more about controlled movement. Possess the Widow Warden, move it to the correct place, then depossess when the path gives you a safe exit.
How to Start Possession
Look directly at the Widow Warden and activate possession when the prompt appears. After taking control, move toward the marked route or the next safe platform. Do not rush the first movement. The area usually teaches the path with one simple possession before adding longer chains.

How to Move Through Widow Warden Routes
Use the Widow Warden to cross gaps or reach spaces that Fawkes cannot enter alone. Watch the level geometry carefully. If you see a grate, narrow passage, or distant platform, the route likely expects you to use possession instead of normal parkour.

When to Depossess
Depossess only when you are close to the intended exit. If you leave too early, you may return to a bad position and have to repeat the route. After depossessing, look for the next objective marker, collectible sign, or another Widow Warden nearby.

Late-Game Route Tip
Widow Warden sections reward patience. Move one step at a time, check the next body or platform, and avoid forcing a jump that the route does not support. If a path looks impossible, the answer is usually another possession point nearby.
