Here’s a complete list of all the items in PEAK

This guide explains every item available in PEAK. It will walk you through showing which ones are essential for survival and useful for strategy.
A lot of these are simply fun collectibles. It's designed to make exploring and climbing more efficient by knowing what each item actually does.

General and Utility Items
Lantern
It provides a small area of light and prevents nearby climbers from freezing. It can be turned on and off as needed, making it ideal for dark or cold areas.
Flare
Flare brightens foggy regions and removes frost effects. It can also be used to signal others from a distance.
Compass
Shows the direction being faced. This is simple but helpful for navigation.
Pirate's Compass
This is an upgraded version of the regular compass that points to the nearest closed luggage, making it easier to locate supplies.
Bugle
A musical item that interacts with capybaras found in the Alpine region and can start a hidden quest.
Bugle of Friendship
Grants unlimited stamina to all nearby climbers for ten seconds while the tune plays. This is perfect for difficult climbs.
Bing Bong
A purely collectible item with no practical function.
Magic Bean
When thrown on any surface, it grows into a beanstalk that can be climbed. This offers fast vertical movement or escape routes.
Scroll and Torn Page
Using a scroll gives a torn page. Collecting all eight torn pages unlocks the Bookworm badge.
Consumables
Fruits, Meat, Vegetables
Refills the hunger bar. Cooking them increases their effectiveness.
Marshmallow
Restores more hunger than standard food when cooked and works well when prepared over a campfire.

Big Lollipop
The big lollipops provide you with unlimited stamina for a short duration, but cause extreme fatigue afterward. Best used in emergencies or during intense climbs.
Poisonous Mushrooms
This deals with damage when eaten, but can serve niche uses in specific situations.
Pandora's Lunchbox
It restores a random amount of hunger and applies a random status effect. It can fully heal and cure all ailments, but also carries risks.
Healing and Revival Items
Bandages
It heals slowly over time and is useful for recovering from small injuries or falls.
Heat Pack
Temporarily prevents frostbite and restores warmth. However, it doesn't stop the frost from returning later.

Antidote
Cures poison and removes up to fourteen poison ticks.
Cure-All
Eliminates every status effect and fully restores your stamina. This is one of the most powerful healing items.
Remedy Fungus
Creates a healing cloud when it's thrown. This cures and restores health for anyone standing within its range.
Faerie Lantern
Emits light that slowly heals everyone nearby over time. Great for team healing during long climbs.
First Aid Kit
Instantly restores all health, which makes it ideal for emergencies.
Scout Effigy
Revives a single fallen teammate at a chosen location. But it can only be used once.
Cursed Skull
Sacrifices the user's life to revive all nearby teammates with full health and stamina. This is a high-risk, high-reward option.
Ancient Effigy
Revives all dead players at the last checkpoint. If it is unused, it will transform into a mystical item instead.
Campfire
Acts as both a healing station and a checkpoint, but all living teammates must be present to activate it.

Climbing and Mobility Gear
Rope Spool
Place a rope downward from a stable point that will allow others to climb safely.
Rope Cannon
Shoots a rope downward to help teammates ascend from below.
Anti-Rope Spool
This extends a rope upward and is useful for climbing steep walls.
Anti-Rope Cannon
Launch a floating rope that goes upward. This creates another way to climb.
Chain Cannon
Fires a chain horizontally to create a walkable rope bridge. This is perfect for crossing gaps.
Piton
This can be attached to a wall to recover stamina mid-climb, though it breaks after a few uses.
Shelf Shroom
It creates a temporary platform when thrown against a wall, offering a quick rest spot.
Portable Stove
Allows food to be cooked and helps cure frost over time. Once placed, it cannot be moved.
Combat and Trick Items
Banana Peel
It causes anyone who steps on it to slip, including the user. It is mainly for jokes or pranks.
Blowgun
A single-use dart that inflicts lethargy. It will slow down enemies effectively.
Bowgun
Shoots darts that reduce enemy speed and provide safety at range.
