Meeting Kayara

Go to the left side of the Temple of Kukulkan. You will see a girl named Kayara being pulled away from a door. Walk over to her and strike up a conversation. She will tell you about the trouble her father is in.

Helping Hakan Escape

To get Hakan out of his cell, you have to move the Cultist guards. You need two people to help you with this. Look for the men standing on both sides of the stairs that go up to the cell in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

They won't do anything while the guards are watching. Go to the right side and talk to the man with the Shell Horn. Ask him to end the prayer. Then, walk over to the musician who is standing right across from the guards and talk to him.

The guards will back off from this plan. Talk to both of the men who said they would help now. After them, go up the stairs. The doors and walls will be moved so you can get inside.

Finding an Exit

Once you get Hakan out, look for a weak spot in the wall. Use your tool to break through it and go into the tunnel. Follow the path until you reach a door.

Talk to Hakan there to watch a scene and finish the job. Your reward for helping him is the Finely-crafted Knife.
