You can get The Savior's Amulet in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. You have to complete a series of steps. You have to go through a hidden cave with different challenges to find it.

Going to the Tunnel

The Fishing District Base Camp is to the north of Paititi. There is a white tree by the river. Understand it. Climb up the cliff and then jump off the top. Continue to go up until you find a hole in the rock.

Watch out for spears and floor traps as you walk. You can find the Document - The Cult's Control and a Resource Container here. Walk under another trap to see the Mural - The Peasant Savior. Break the weak wall to move on. Exploring the Tunnel

Walk through the tunnel and cut the two wires on the ground. This stops the spear traps. Pick up the Document - Protection and the Relic - Golden Effigy on each side of the room.

Go to the wall across from the tunnel and climb up. Crawl under the stone doors. You will find Gold Ore at the end. Go back under the doors and turn right to find the bones of Manko. When you get close, you will fall into the water.

Navigating the Water Traps

Dive down to find more Gold Ore and swim through the tunnel. You can look at the wall painting for a bit of history. Go to the next room and push the lever in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

The water will go up. Swim out and go into the next room. Look at another painting if you want. Push the lever in this room to make the water rise again.

Swim out and find a new door. Use a Rope Arrow to pull down the wood in front of you. Push the lever behind it to raise the water one last time.

You will be stuck when the main door closes. Find the light and swim toward it. At the top, split the wood open with your tool. Squeeze through the gap to get out of the water.

Getting the Amulet Back

The jade ore is on the ground. Pick it up. The Savior's Amulet photo is in the stone box. To get the picture, open it. Now you can leave. When you want to finish the mission, go back to the hideout and speak with Uchu.
