Here's a guide on the locations of all the guides of the Artifacts in Tales of Arise

Naturally, your journey through the free worlds of Dahna, collecting powerful weapons, and mastering some brutal combat mechanics will take your party to new heights. However, the true mastery of the game’s systems and the key to overcoming its ultimate challenges lies within a completely different category of items known as Artifacts. These are ultra-rare ancient relics that work completely differently from your typical consumable gels or equippable accessories.

Artifacts are special key items that will give you permanent, overall changes to your core gameplay experience. When you receive an Artifact, its special effect is automatically rolled out to your whole account. These relics have some incredible power, to say the least, from permanently doubling your combat experience points to carrying over your hard-earned levels into a New Game Plus playthrough.
Most importantly, the game features an Artifact Effect menu, allowing you to toggle these individual modifiers on or off at will. If you find that a massive experience boost is over-leveling your party and removing the challenge, you can just turn it off until you hit a post-game difficulty spike. Getting all twenty-three of these non-downloadable relics takes a fair bit of dedication to exploration, completing sub-quests, and taking on the game’s hardest optional bosses.
Story Progression Artifacts and Discovery
Your introduction to the Artifact system is fully integrated into your mandatory story progression. As you hike up the rocky, wind-blown trails of Mount Dhiara in Elde Menancia, the story will automatically give you the Crocodile Crusher. This particular relic is an enormous boost to your combat flow, as it grants you the Arte Set Plus One perk. This effectively doubles the number of ground and aerial Artes to assign to your controller, for massively lengthened and varied combo strings.
Other than this one automatic unlock, you have to actively scour the environment for hidden treasures. In the overgrown Smoldering Ruins of Mahag Saar, beside the murky waters of Adan Lake, you’ll find a red treasure chest and a ruined tower. Opening this chest gives you the Blade of Sealing. This super unique Artifact reduces all damage done to and by your party to one hit point. It's a very specific tool for safely grinding Arte proficiencies without accidentally killing weak enemies.
Your party will continue exploring and you’ll come across the awe-inspiring Aureum Falls in Ganath Haros. Near the very top level of this cascading dungeon is another heavily guarded red chest that contains the Drums of the Master. This percussive relic provides a flat 20% boost to all combat points earned at the end of a battle. This means you get to grind out your various character skill panels much faster as you work through the late-game narrative.
The Dahnan Owls Rewards
There are some Artifacts to be found by checking behind waterfalls and exploring ruins but a lot of the Artifacts in the game are purely related to the large Dahnan Owl collection side quest. You will discover these hooting companions scattered throughout the realms and returning to the Owl Forest will eventually trigger a late-game threshold. Upon finding your thirty-second owl, the story objective changes and reveals a final set of very rare owls that are hiding within the lord rooms you have already conquered.
These last owls are absolute gold mines for completionist players and are gearing up for a second playthrough. Return to the Lord’s Chamber in Glanymede Castle to receive the Battle Maiden’s Shield, a key item that allows you to carry all your forged weapons and armor into New Game Plus. Similarly, if you find the owl resting in the Iglia Wastes, you'll obtain the Vivid Sphere, which lets you transfer all your library records and enemy data to your next save file without a hitch.
The rewards continue as you backtrack to the darker corners of the Riville Prison Tower to claim the Broken Machine Gun with all your accumulated Gald and inventory items. By going to the Lord's Chamber in Del Fharis Castle, you will get the Trident, thus keeping your hard-earned skill titles unlocked. Meanwhile, finding the owl in the Guard Room of the Autelina Palace rewards you with the Ancient Excavator, the most important relic to keep your character levels on another playthrough.

Finally, if you gather all thirty-eight owls in the game, the Owl King will grant you the Machine Beast Statue, which locks in your cosmetic outfits for future runs. The Metal Miner's Cap is also accessible through a secret area found at the end of the game called the Uninhabited Island.
To get to this location, you will need to find a message in a bottle on the Tuah Seashore. This miner's cap allows you to carry over your Arte usage counts and proficiencies, keeping your magical casting times optimized.
Sub-Quests You Need To Master To Progress
Most of the remaining gameplay-altering Artifacts are heavily gated behind the massive network of sub-quests offered by the citizens of Dahna. If you want to really give your party's growth a boost, you gotta track down relics that directly mess with your experience and skill point payouts. You can obtain the Silver Suit of Armor, which gives a decent 20% bonus to all combat experience you earn, by completing a quest line called Their Future in the waterlogged city of Pelegion.
If you want an even bigger boost, you'll have to complete the Spirit Temple sub-quest on the Traslida Highway in late-game. Defeating the massive dungeon tied to this quest rewards you with the Golden Suit of Armor, providing a fantastic 80% increase to your experience gains. These pieces of armor stack directly with each other and make the grind to the max level cap completely trivial when both are toggled on.
Skill points are earned in a similar way. You can get the Lucky Cat Statue by going to the ruined city of Niez and completing the Echoes sub-quest, which will boost skill points by 20%. To maximize your skill gains, you need to beat the Untamable Rage quest in Thistlym, which involves fighting a very aggressive Gigant Zeugle. Beating it will reward you with the Golden Lucky Cat Statue, which gives an 80% boost, a great combination with the regular Lucky Cat.
Supplementing Food and Foraging Activities
Sub-quests also provide artifacts that greatly enhance your camping and gathering mechanics, as well as tinkering with combat payouts. Cooking is an important aspect of surviving the hardest dungeons, and there are a few relics that exist solely to extend your culinary buffs. Glutton's Maze: The Gourmet Saga quest "Prairie Scent" in the Aqfotle Hills grants the Glutton's Maze, which increases food effect duration by 10%
You can also upgrade your camping food by completing the Global Connection quest in the fiery wastes of Mosgul. This quest awards you the Glutton's Code for a 20% duration increase. The Glutton's Guidebook is the most revered culinary relic of all time. It is awarded to those who successfully complete the incredibly difficult Phantom Flower of Nevira quest that was begun in the Autelina Palace library. This guidebook doubles your food buffs by a whopping 80%, so your defensive and offensive meals last for whole dungeon crawls.
If you’re determined to make the ultimate tier of weaponry, you’re going to need a ton of rare ores. Quivering Candles are from the Mysterious Pair riddle quest in Niez. It greatly increases the amount of ore you get from gathering points. You can pair this effect with the Golden Fairy Statue, which can be obtained by completing the quest Humbling Lesson in Cysloden, so that every mining node is pulsing with high-grade crafting materials.
The Drum of the Legend can also be found by completing the Farewell, Mage quest in Niez. This legendary instrument, similar to the Drums of the Master, directly impacts your combat points after battle, giving you a huge 80% boost. Combining these two percussive relics guarantees that you will have plenty of points to quickly complete all the title nodes on your character skill panels.

Winning the End Game and the Final Arena
The last three Artifacts are only obtainable by players who are willing to challenge themselves to the hardest content in the game. The capital city of Viscint has a brutal arena for Training Grounds, where characters can engage in solo combat challenges. To obtain the Hellmask Fiend Skull, you must take control of the fancy staff-wielder, Dohalim, and clear his Advanced solo tier. An insanely dangerous relic that doubles all damage your party deals, but also doubles all damage taken from enemies.
Dohalim’s ultimate solo arena challenge is taken even further and rewarded with the Devil Sculpture. This Artifact is highly prestigious and is very different from the others as it does not grant a passive buff or a toggleable mechanic. Instead, if you purchase the sculpture, you unlock the Chaos difficulty setting in your system settings menu, which is the ultimate, most punishing way to experience the combat engine.
The final Artifact is locked behind the game's ultimate post-game dungeon. Once you finish the Spirit Temple sub-quest and the credits roll, you can start the Otherworldly Visitors quest line. This is a huge undertaking that has you leaping into interdimensional rifts and battling legacy boss characters from previous Tales games.
The lord of time himself, Chronos, waits at the end of this grueling gauntlet in the Land of Judgment. Defeating this terrifyingly fast, dimension-warping superboss opens a final red treasure chest. Inside will be the Mechanical Doll Accessory, a special item that makes your party entirely invisible to enemy encounters on the field map. Earn this stealth utility, along with the other twenty-two Artifacts, as the ultimate proof that you have completely conquered the sprawling twin worlds of Arise.
