This guide covers the next steps after surviving the wolf attack in the Just Keep Moving mission. You will gather resources and navigate a hostile section of the Coastal Forest to reach Whitman at the northern ruins.

Searching the Initial Base Camp

First, return to the base camp where the previous objective began. Sit by the fire to receive the first of Lara's Journals. Locate a nearby Document and a cloth bag.

Burn the bag with a torch to gain 20 Salvage points. Note that a new section of the Coastal Forest is now accessible; you can explore it to collect items.

Visiting the North-East Ruins

Your goal is to get to the northeastern ruins. A new forest area with regular wolf patrols is traversed by the path. Stay vigilant. Retreat to a secure, elevated location, like a hill, if you see wolves.

Take advantage of this to attack them with your bow. Follow the on-screen instructions to avoid them if they approach too closely.

You receive 10 XP for each wolf you kill. For an extra 20 XP, gather meat from their corpses. You can also hunt deer and rabbits in this area.

Getting to Your Final Destination

You can choose to stay on the main path or venture off, but you should always be aware of where wolves are.

The ruins in front of you are your destination. Reaching this location will start a dialogue with Whitman, furthering the goal.
