In the modern era of gaming achievements ad trophies have become incredibly popular, causing the creation of many popular sites and videos. The developers of Transformers: Fall of Cybertron have created a list of accomplishments to range from simply completing the game to more demanding challenges, such as collecting 3 flags in a public multiplayer match. With 50 achievements to unlock gamers will have to tackle many challenges within the single and multiplayer modes.
The multiplayer portion has 14 achievements that will demand players to dedication and effort if they wish to fully complete the game. Some of these achievements like “Full Throttle Scramble Power”, requires the player to earn MVP in any mode, will probably be earned in due time. However more time consuming achievements such as “What Prime Directives”, which requires a player to achieve max level with all classes, will keep players busy for awhile but will award them two other achievements when attempting to gain it. Those seeking cooperative fun can earn 4 achievements by completing all the Escalation maps.
While the multiplayer achievements will require a lot of time to complete the single player accomplishments are less demanding. You will gain a large portion of these achievements by beating the game on the hardest difficulty, however some achievements can be easily missed and require particular actions in order to unlock them.
1. Invisibility Spray
While going in gun-blazing is an option here players will find using the cloak ability to be a better option. If players can remain undetected, as Cliffjumper, while moving through the trash compactor facility then they will be awarded 15 gamerscore.
2. Fusilateral Quintrocombiner
Towering over the Autobots and reigning destruction isn’t enough for the Decepticon Bruticus; he has to humiliate them as well. In the final portion of Chapter 8 players can earn 15 gamerscore by punching an Autobot through a goalpost.
3. I, Robot Master
Megatron is well known for having a short temper and leading the Decepticon army. After being reactivated and seeing Starscream claiming to be the new leader Megatron not only wants to destroy him but every trace of his existence and earn you 15 gamerscore.
4. The Harder They Die
Returning to the field of battle after such a traumatic event would be difficult for almost any warrior, but not Megatron. Not only does he enjoy blasting Autobots into oblivion but desires to smash them into pieces using only his fist. If you can smash five at once using Megatron’s Hover ability then you will earn 15 gamerscore.
5. Carnage in C-Major
The Decepticon army isn’t holding back and is using every resource available to destroy the Autobot’s last hope of leaving Cybertron. However with the activation of behemoth Metroplex Optimus sees no better way to eliminate the morale of the Decepticon army but by destroying five or more of these soldiers.
6. Slap the Grimlock
Grimlock is a living breathing death threat for any Decepticon. However despite his destructive abilities sometimes using more simple tactics such as picking up an explosive barrel and throwing it can prove just as effective. Destroy Decepticon Leaper using an explosive barrel in the final portion of Chapter 12 will award you with 15 gamerscore.
