We are always on the lookout for more gaming news, and what better source than the video game companies themselves! If you are seeking new Nintendo Switch content, you might want to hear this. Nintendo’s official YouTube channel is going to host Nintendo Direct tomorrow at 7.0 am PT. The official Nintendo Twitter account states that the livestream is going to be “roughly 40 minutes of information mostly focused on Nintendo Switch games launching this winter.”
Although the Nintendo Direct showcase is going to be certainly held, residents of the UK will not be able to watch it directly due to restrictions regarding the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. It is reported by the official Nintendo UK Twitter account that “as a mark of respect during this period of national mourning”, the livestream will not be held by UK. Instead, it will be “published as a video-on-demand on [their] YouTube channel at 16:00 (UK time) tomorrow.” UK’s stance towards the livestream was nothing unexpected as many other video game companies paid their respects towards the late Queen.
We do not have any information regarding what the showcase is going to demonstrate to the viewers, but many people are getting their hopes up about the upcoming Zelda game. The sequel of the critically acclaimed The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is long overdue, according to the fans. We have not heard anything from the game, so maybe this showcase will be our chance to see at least a teaser from it.
Other rumors include a new gaming console, like Nintendo Switch Pro, which has been continuously denied by the Nintendo staff. There is no confirmation as to whether this console is ever going to be made or not as of now, but it might all change tomorrow. After all, a new Zelda game is coming, and there are rumors that the existing Switch console will not be able to support this game.
