Journey to Far Harbor and play detective once again this May
News by Grayshadow on May 05, 2016
The biggest DLC expansion for Fallout 4, Far Harbor, is coming this month and a new trailer has shown what players can expect.
Releasing on Xbox One, PS4, and PC Thursday, May 19th Far Harbor will have players leading a case for the Valentine’s Detective Agency.
“In Far Harbor, a new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency leads you on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. Travel off the coast of Maine to the mysterious island of Far Harbor, where higher levels of radiation have created a more feral world. Navigate through the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. Will you work towards bringing peace to Far Harbor, and at what cost?”
Far Harbor will feature the largest landmass addition to Fallout 4, bigger than the Shivering Isles expansion for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It’ll include new faction quests, creatures, dungeons, characters, high-level weapons and armor, and vexingly new settlements. Preston Garvey better not ask for anymore help!
Automation, the first piece of DLC for Fallout 4, released in March and the creation kit is currently available on PC in the open beta. Mods are slated for consoles this month, starting on Xbox One and coming to PS4 in June.
Fallout 4 is now available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Those who own the season pass will gain access to Far Harbor for free, everyone else must purchase the DLC for $25. The Season Pass is now available for $49.99.
