Karateka's making a comeback

First Prince of Persia, now Karateka: Jordan Mechner's most recent forrays into video games have been spent rebooting past works. Though with how well Prince of Persia turned out, that's not a bad thing.



News of a new Karateka arrived way back in 2008 during a talk at Comic-con, where Mechner announced a new Karateka was in the works. Only took four years, but we're finally getting a peak at it courtesy of Xbox.com, which just recently put up a database entry for the game.

Screenshots are all that's there, unfortunately. It looks like Karateka, though, ignoring the obvious change in visual style. The Xbox.com page has more for screenshots for your perusal.
