One of the hardest bosses in Abyssus is the enormous stone golem known as the Abandoned Temple Boss. This battle takes place in three frantic phases and has a huge health pool, powerful strikes, and a towering presence.
To get beyond the Golem's defense and go on to the next level, you have to break the big crystals that are all throughout the arena. Timing, movement, and accurate shooting are all important for winning this fight.

First Phase of the Boss Fight
In the first phase, you learn about the Golem's basic attack patterns. These moves are simple, but they can cause significant damage if they occur without warning. Given the rapidly escalating tempo of the conflict, it is imperative to remain mobile.
Flying Leap: The Golem tries to smash its victim on impact as it jumps across the arena. Damage can be avoided by rolling or dodging to the side right before it lands.
Projectile Orb: Energy orbs that move slowly are hurled around the field. It is possible to avoid these while maintaining pressure on the boss.
Shock Wave: An electric wave is released when the Golem strikes the earth. You can evade the impact by jumping shortly before the wave reaches your place.
The rhythm of this phase is fast and relentless. Constant movement keeps attacks from connecting and allows openings for counterstrikes.
The Second Phase
The Golem launches itself into the air and activates a strong shield, making it impregnable, when its health falls to around two-thirds. At this point, a luminous crystal rises from the ground. The conflict moves into the next phase when this crystal is destroyed as soon as possible, breaking the shield.
The Golem returns to attacking with more ferocity when the shield is shattered. Its Phase One return advances, but there are new difficulties:
Shock Wave requires more precise timing because it now generates two waves rather than just one.
Throughout the battle, summoned grunts make an appearance in an effort to overwhelm and divert attention. Even while these lesser foes might be problematic, it's usually more effective to concentrate on harming the boss because doing so will instantly eliminate the grunts.
Aside from these new elements, Phase Two mirrors the first stage but requires faster reactions and sharper awareness.

Stage Three
The stone golem grows furious as it reaches its last third of health, launching its most powerful strikes while its body glows red. The well-known maneuvers are back, but there are also some brand-new, destructive skills.
Spin Charge: The Golem tries to ram its target by sliding quickly across the ground. Be prepared to avoid it frequently, as this maneuver can occur up to three times in quick succession.
Floor Fees: After a moment, panels on the arena floor light up and erupt. It's important to get away from glowing panels as soon as they start to glow, since standing on them can cause serious harm.
Enhanced Shock Wave: The shock wave attack now triggers up to three consecutive waves, testing timing and positioning more than ever before.
The final phase is the most chaotic part of the fight. The combination of environmental hazards, increased speed, and nonstop pressure demands focus and patience.
A solid strategy and the right weapon loadout can make this encounter far more manageable.
Suggested Weapons: For this battle, the Engine Rifle and Brine Revolver are excellent options. Both have excellent fire rates and deal powerful, steady damage, enabling swift reprisal after evading strikes.
Target the Weak Spot: A luminous core in the middle of the Golem's chest serves as its weak point. When combined with Charms or Aspects that increase critical hits, targeting this location causes a lot more damage.
Pay Attention to Crystals: The boss gets immune to harm in between each phase. Destroying the crystal that emerges from the earth is the only way to advance. Focus all of your weaponry on it as soon as it arrives, ignoring the Golem and any nearby adversaries until it is killed.
Keeping distance helps when reading the Golem's attack patterns, but closing in after dodges can provide openings for precise shots. Managing stamina for dodging and movement is equally important, as being caught stationary often leads to heavy damage.
In Abyssus, the Abandoned Temple Boss is more of a time and endurance test than a physical one. Its attacks are fierce, but if you learn how to deal with them, they are easy to anticipate, allowing you to prepare and react.
At first, this fight seems scary, but if you know when to attack, when to run away, and when to focus on objectives like the crystals, it gets much easier to handle.
A combination of intense battle, quick reflexes, and satisfying accuracy makes defeating the stone golem a visual and mechanical victory.
The giant guardian of the Abandoned Temple may be made to feel more like a rewarding milestone in the depths of Abyssus with experience and the correct setup.
