Leveling up your weapon to the max in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 - Endgame can take a while. But there are various methods in which you can drastically increase the risk and gain XP for a specific weapon.

This guide will cover one simple and specific objective: allowing any weapon to reach its max and to reach its maximum potential without a complicated setup.

You'll first want to load up a match of endgame using the weapon that you want to level up. As for all of the guns, the weapon XP will be directly tied to the gun that is currently equipped.

And for this run, you won't need a special build or any relics.

The fastest way you can earn weapon XP in endgame is by completing High-Value Target (HVT) missions repeatedly. These missions will tend to appear on the map with a specific symbol, making them pretty easy to spot.

They're pretty ideal to complete as they spawn quickly, and they only take a few seconds to complete. For that amount of time, they reward you with a lot of XP and also give you a decent amount of combat rating on top.

Upon completing an HVT, you'll immediately want to move to the next. Farming HVTs rigorously is more efficient than running through the standard zone doing other objectives.

HVTs also tend to spawn in different areas, and you want to keep the chain going by completing HVTs in various zones.

If you've finished one in a specific region, to keep the chain going, this allows you to spend the entire match farming non-stop HVTs without losing a source of purpose and running out of missions.
