Unlocking Chevillon Legatus 450 Aquila and First Look

The new Chevillon Legatus 450 Aquila can be purchased directly from any Autolifen terminal for approximately 37,000 eddies. This formidable truck excels at clearing obstacles, its oversized wheels traversing highway barriers with ease. 

Its distinctive skull‑paint design echoes the Vargas Militia style. Although only equipped with machine guns, the Legatus Aquila remains among the strongest heavy vehicles for off‑road travel.

Rayfield Caliburn "Mordred" Quest – Freedom

Acquisition of the custom Rayfield Caliburn "Mordred" requires completion of several side jobs, culminating in a new side gig titled Freedom, initiated by Al Capitan.

During Freedom, players investigate sabotage at an engineering facility, encountering Johnny Silverhand in additional scenes. 

This quest leads to Santo Domingo, where a contingent of Arasaka guards the Mordred. The key to the vehicle is located beside a tool bench; retrieve it before leaving the area, as exiting prematurely will reset the event. 

Once obtained, the Mordred roams near the barrage zone—use a Deavistan to turn it off, then enter to secure ownership. This speed car offers machine guns alongside performance on par with the fastest Caliburns.

Yaiba ASM‑R250 "Muramasa" Quest & Nitro Youth Energy

The Yaiba ASM‑R250 "Muramasa" unlocks through completion of specific prerequisites, after which a VIP invitation appears on any terminal. Instead of ordering online, travel to the Dinomar Waypoint to attend the exclusive Yaiba event. 

Here, customisation options—wheel covers, rims, branding, and backrests—are showcased. A few in‑game days later, the completed Muramasa is delivered at Corpo Plaza docks.

Its agile handling, dynamic animations, and Crystal Code color-changing technology make this motorbike a must‑have.

Yaiba ARV‑Q340 “Semimaru” Quest – Motorbreath Gig

The Yaiba ARV‑Q340 "Semimaru" becomes available after fulfilling River's questline and completing Clear Point tasks. River contacts the player to retrieve the high‑speed Semimaru on the northern highway. 

The quest features cinematic intensity, requiring the elimination of strong enemies and the retrieval of the vehicle.

With roughly 30 extra horsepower over the top Caliburn, the Semimaru earns its title as the fastest new vehicle, eliciting a remark from Johnny Silverhand upon acceleration: "Slow down, Turbo. You'll get us killed again".

New Semimaru Crystalcoat Quest – "Where Eagles Dare"

After claiming the Semimaru, its Crystalcoat functionality remains locked until the initiation of the 'Where Eagles Dare' quest.

Contact Claire to extract custom Crystal Code data from her laboratory. Completion grants access to an array of colour variants—purple, green, and others—dependent on in‑world discoveries.

Autodrive Impressions

The new Autodrive feature activates by holding G, sending the vehicle to any quest marker or, if none is set, driving randomly through Night City.

The AI respects traffic signals, avoids collisions, and performs U‑turns when the destination changes. 

Estimated time of arrival and distance display dynamically, accounting for red lights and traffic. However, weapon usage is turned off during Autodrive, limiting drive‑by opportunities.

Delamain Cab Impressions

A new call function adds Delamain Cabs to the vehicle call menu for 200 eddies. Cabs appear on the nearest road, offering a cinematic driving experience, complete with a Johnny Silverhand cameo.

Attempts to provoke Delamain by delaying exit or attacking the vehicle fail—the AI remains impervious, and the cab refuses to leave or react beyond politely waiting for disembarkation.

Photo Mode New Changes

Photo Mode now has more features, including new camera controls, character poses, and filters for the surroundings.
