Game Guide by Groot on Jul 09, 2025
Navigating relationships in Date Everything can be challenging, especially when dealing with complex characters like Lux. With 100 base game dateables to choose from, Lux stands out as one of the most intriguing yet challenging characters to understand.

If you want to have a romantic, friendly, or competitive relationship with Lux, this guide will help you get what you want.
Where To Find Lux
Finding Lux is straightforward once you know where to look. Simply equip the Dateviators and point them at any light fixture to awaken Lux. The best options for awakening Lux are the bedroom lamp, the bathroom lights, and the living room lamp. After awakening Lux, you'll have a rather rude introduction. Don't let this put you off, as you can still find ways to fall in love with Lux, though you have your work cut out for you.

How To Get Lux's Love Ending
You can start dating Lux after your first interaction! To do this, select these dialogue choices to begin a very strict relationship: "You're literally flawless," "You're perfect in every single way," "You're the definition of perfection," "Never change," "Because you're simply the best," "At everything," and "Sounds GREAT!"

After selecting these options in your first encounter, Lux will spell out the rules for dating them. You'll enter a very short romance with them and get your SPEC points. Talking to Lux again will cause them to break up with you and trigger the friend ending below.
How To Get Lux's Friend Ending
Being a friend to Lux is easier than falling in love. Be polite and respectful of their career as an I.N.F.L.U.N.C.E.R, and don't push too hard to get their attention. Eventually, you'll get the option to purchase a premium package from Lux. If you do this, Lux will disappear for a day. When they come back the next time, you interact with them, you'll officially be friends! It's strictly transactional.

How To Get Lux's Hate Ending
It's easy to get Lux's hate ending. All you have to do is be rude to them. When the conversation about being an NPC comes up, make sure to take the antagonistic route.

To quickly get the hate ending, simply tell Lux that you forgot they were a waste of space. This stuns them into silence and triggers the hate ending. Congratulations!
