After completing the main story in Echoes of Aincrad, a new type of item becomes available: Keystones. These are used to enhance your gear, and this guide covers where to find them and what it takes to collect them all.

What Keystones Are

Keystones are not available until after the main story is completed. Most of them remain hidden behind high level side quests that are only available after entering the post game. These are not ones that you will find by chance; they are directly connected to that later part of the game.

Keystones Through Side Quests

As you take on these new post game quests, you'll pick up a Keystone for each one you finish. The reward is unlocked by completing the objectives within each quest and defeating the stronger enemies associated with them. The more of these quests you complete, the more Keystones you'll earn, with one Keystone being awarded for each dungeon you clear this way.

Collecting Every Keystone

If you want to collect them all, you must complete all of the post game side quests. There is no short-cut to this. Solve each one, defeat the dungeon associated with it, and by the end you will have the complete set of Keystones.
