Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is like the other games in the series in that it can be played again and again because it has so many activities, unlockables, and tasks to do after the credits roll.
Once the story concludes, you gain access to new features, rewards, and modes that encourage continued exploration of the game. This guide details everything you can do after finishing the main story.

New Game Plus and Clear Game Save
After completing the story, a clear game save is created, marked by a green number in the top left of the save thumbnail. Loading this clear save allows you to start a new game while retaining rewards earned from your first playthrough.
These include special weapons, camouflage patterns, and outfits obtained from defeating bosses non-lethally.
Starting a new game directly from the main menu, without using a clear save, will also provide the weapons, items, and camouflage gained from beating the game.
However, camouflage collected during the playthrough will not carry over. Other items, weapons, or food acquired in the previous run are not transferred.
The Records and Titles tab splits into two sections: Records Now, which displays statistics for the current playthrough, and Records Total, which compiles statistics across all playthroughs.
Certain items, such as Kerotan Frogs, Ducks, and Film Reels, remain open between save files. You can now collect them across multiple saves instead of having to finish them all in one run.

Post-Credits Gameplay
The story does not continue beyond the credits. However, you can restart the game with the benefits from previous completions.
The mini-game Guy Savage can be found in the main menu after the story is over. This parody mode, which used to be a nightmare sequence for Snake, has now taken on a longer form.
Completing the story on Extreme Difficulty unlocks European Extreme Mode, where detection by enemies results in an instant game over.
Unlockable Modes and Challenges
Additional modes enhance replayability. Snake vs. Monkey Mode (or Snake vs. Bomberman Mode on Xbox) is available from the start, but new stages unlock as you progress through the main story.
The game features a wide array of titles that reward unique playstyles. Some titles are lighthearted, such as making numerous manual saves or completing the game with a leech attached to your body.

Some, like the famous Foxhound Title, require absolute perfection. To get Foxhound, you have to finish the game on Extreme in less than five hours, with no alerts, restarts, or human kills, and with no injuries, damage, or item use. A prize or achievement is also given when this title is unlocked.
Trophies and achievements also motivate players to try new things, like using strange controls, such as throwing poisonous animals at enemies.
Unlockable Features
Upon completing the story, three new features become available:
Demo Theater: A collection of all cutscenes, including branching paths that appear grayed out until discovered in future playthroughs. Exceptional camouflage, as seen in cutscenes, is also displayed here.
Secret Theater: A set of humorous cutscenes originally part of Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence. These are unlocked by holding up enemies carrying 8mm Film Reels. After finishing the game, the menu will reveal which zones contain these enemies.
Character Viewer: A gallery showcasing high-quality assets of characters and enemies. Each entry includes histories, information, and voice lines for deeper lore exploration.

Replay Incentives
The game has numerous reasons to play it again and try new things, including unlockable titles, achievements, extra game modes, and hidden content.
These elements make Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater a sandbox of challenges, collectibles, and creative strategies that extend well beyond the story's conclusion.
