Get Normal Ending

To get the normal ending, you have to move through the Abyssal Scar until you reach Ophion. When you defeat Ophion, the run ends with the normal ending in Returnal.

Get Secret Ending

To get the secret ending in Act 3, you have to begin a new run and start gathering the six Sunface Fragments. These fragments appear in random places, so you may need to restart several times. Each Sunface Fragment remains with you after you collect it.

When all six fragments are collected, you have to return to the 20th Century House to start the sixth sequence. In this sequence, you have to go to the top of the stairs and pick up the cube beside the telescope. After that, you have to go down to the basement and interact with the wheelchair to get the Car Keys.

With the Car Keys, you have to progress through the game again and defeat Ophion a second time. After the fight, approach the car instead of passing it, unlock it with the Car Keys, and trigger the scene tied to the secret ending in Returnal.
