Here's a guide on how to complete the Tomb of Axe of the Lost Adventure in Tomb Raider.

The Tomb of the Lost Adventurer is an optional tomb you'll find in the Coastal Forest. You can get inside once you've grabbed the Makeshift Bow and Pry Axe.

If you come back later with the Firestriker, Shotgun, and Grenade Launcher, you'll be able to open up more containers inside for extra loot.

Locating the Entrance

The entrance is a mineshaft in the Coastal Forest, near a document location. If the content is not installed, the shaft remains closed, and chalk markings will not appear.

You need at least a Bow with arrows to pass the first blockage. The Firestriker is also useful.

Collecting Supplies with Advanced Weapons

With the Shotgun and Grenade Launcher, you can pick up extra ammo, salvage, and experience points from the orange supply containers in the tomb. These are bonus items, not the main treasure.

Be thorough when collecting. In the room with stacked crates, gather all items on the ground, then look up. Burn down some nets with Fire Arrows to drop crates onto beams above.

You can shoot these crates with a Pistol or Rifle to make them fall. Some shelves seem out of reach. Jump onto one to make it crumble and drop loot. For the other, use a Grenade or shoot the crates down.

Solving the Burn Puzzle for the Treasure

The tomb's treasure, which grants 150 XP, requires you to ignite five specific objects to create a ramp from the airplane wreckage.

Burn Point 1: Shoot a hanging lantern to start a fire.

Burn Point 2: Locate a cargo crane device. Shoot the lantern above it. Once a brazier hangs from a beam, climb onto a box to reach it. Move the beam by jumping on it to spread the fire.

Burn Point 3: Find a lynched corpse. Shoot the lantern above it to set the corpse on fire. Then, approach the hangman's post and use the interaction prompt to push it over.

Burn Point 4: Pick up a lantern and throw it onto a sheet-wrapped trunk.

Final Burn Point: After the first four points are burning, the plane breaks in half. Shoot a Fire Arrow at the exposed cargo to clear the path to the treasure chest.
