While reviewing Moonlighter, I grew quite fond of its mixture of shopkeeping and dungeoneering. By the looks of it, I wasn't alone. The title's good reception has prompted developer Digital Sun and publisher 11 bit studios to put together a roadmap of content players should expect throughout the year. There are four updates planned, all of them being free. The More Stock Update, coming some time this month, will add more than 50 new rooms, new art for armor and weapons and aims to better explain certain shop upgrades.

It will be followed by the Adventure Update which will introduce a New Game+ mode alongside new Dimensional Weapons and Amulets. The Companion Update will make Will's journeys through the four dungeons less lonely by introducing companions, each with their own skill sets and looks. Custom game will join these newfound friends, allowing for the tweaking of various game parameters. Lastly, there's the Trouble Update. It will add new mini bosses, item effects and is expected to drop sometime around Halloween. Updates for Moonlighter are said to follow into 2019.

The title's OST is now available on both Spotify and Bandcamp for our listening needs, while a short dev diary video was also released, introducing the people behind the game. Lastly, the Nintendo Switch version of Moonlighter is still scheduled to release this year with more information coming in the future.
