Sony Confirms the PS5 is Not Launching this October

A job listing hinting that the PS5 could launch this October, turns out that's not true and Sony made this official.

Sony stated in the Japanese publication Famitsu that the information was erroneously included by the recruitment company in question.

Sony has been revealing information about the PS5 slowly. With the reveal of the PS5 DualSense controller out of nowhere and a few weeks, ago hosted a presentation explaining all the features of the PS5 without showing the console or any footage of games running on the system.

Microsoft has revealed the system, third-party support, and had streams leading up to the system's release. The last stream wasn't positively received as it tempted many with gameplay reveals only to feature largely cinematics.
