Xbox Games Showcase - Outer Worlds DLC Revealed

Today, during the Xbox Games Showcase, a brand new DLC for The Outer Worlds was announced. The game featured new weapons, armor, and enemies set on the mysterious asteroid of Gorgon.

Peril on Gorgon is set to launch on September 9th, and is the first of two DLC coming to Obsidian’s sci-fi adventure. Players will be traveling to the asteroid of Gorgon to uncover a mystery hidden within an abandoned research facility with a horrible past. Sent to uncover the truth by Minnie Ambrose, who gives players the mission of finding answers about Dr. Olivia Ambrose, her mother and the Gorgon project’s disgraced director.

The DLC will feature a new location with new, scientifically altered enemies and three new Science Weapons. Peril on Gorgon will also feature a boosted level cap, brand new perks along with new flaws, and a slew of new armor sets or variants on existing armor sets
