Clearing the Harvester event in ARC Raiders is one of the most efficient ways to earn serious coin and secure legendary weapon blueprints.

This step-by-step guide explains how to reach the Harvester at Dam Battlegrounds in the Red Lakes Basin, slip inside without alerting the Queen, solve the internal puzzle, and walk out with high-value loot like the Jupiter and Equalizer.

Event Overview and Location

All maps can cycle into special Map Events for limited windows, and the Harvester is among the most lucrative. Head to Dam Battlegrounds and look for the large structure in the northeastern Red Lakes Basin.

Inside waits a multi-step puzzle that, once completed, unlocks a trove of crafting components and legendary-tier weapon blueprints. Outside, the area is patrolled by Snitches, Hornets, a Rocketeer, and the Queen—the most dangerous ARC unit currently in the game. The goal is to complete the event quietly; combat is optional and, for this method, unnecessary.

Approach Without Alerting the Queen

Stealth is the key to an easy clear. Approach the Harvester either from the north via the Red Lakes Bunker or from the island to the southeast, keeping distance so the Queen does not aggro.

Two approaches work well. The controlled approach uses a silenced weapon to pull everything except the Queen one by one; even the Rocketeer can be neutralized by breaking its engines with medium or heavy fire or by using a Wolfpack Grenade.

Clearing the perimeter prevents stray rockets from endangering exits during the puzzle. The daring approach ignores all of this and sprints straight to an entrance, relying on timing and line-of-sight to slip in without being spotted. This is faster but riskier, especially when leaving.

When committing to an entry, ensure the Queen is patrolling away from the direction of approach, then dash to any of the three identical entrances.

Expect the entrance panels to be closed and be ready to breach quickly. Before going deeper, unequip the Shield and stow it in the backpack; this prevents unnecessary durability loss during the EMP cycles inside.

Inside the Harvester: Hazards and Safe Positioning

A large central pillar dominates the interior—this is where the event culminates. Throughout the run the pillar emits two warnings. A yellow flash signals imminent fire: stop whatever you are doing, retreat to an entrance archway, crouch just outside to avoid the Queen’s detection, and let the flames and rocket launch cycle resolve.

A blue flash signals an incoming EMP: with the Shield unequipped, you will be stunned briefly but take no health damage and lose no durability, allowing progress to continue without re-breaching. After completing the event, re-equip the Shield so it can regenerate without consuming resources.

Phase One — Power Cell Canisters

Use the elevators on each side to reach the wraparound ledge. Breachable wall panels hide containers—ignore the urge to loot immediately and focus on finding Canisters (power cells). You need two additional Canisters beyond the one on the floor near the pillar.

Once all three are located, place them in front of the breachable panels beside the three slots on the central pillar. Breach a slot, toss in a Canister, and move to the next until all three are installed. In a full squad, simultaneous placement speeds up the phase dramatically.

Phase Two — Yellow Buttons

With the three Canisters inserted, yellow Buttons extend from walls across both floors. The objective is to destroy every Button in the room. EMPs still pulse on a blue flash, but if the Buttons retract, that is the cue that fire is coming—retreat outside and reset.

Upon returning, reinsert the Canisters to reactivate the Buttons. Melee is the most reliable method here: use overhead attacks for ground-level targets and standard swings for upper-level ones. Firearms are less efficient and risk drawing the Queen’s attention outside. Divide the room into thirds if running with allies to finish this phase quickly.

Legendary Rewards and Extra Loot

Destroying the final Button shuts down the Harvester and spawns three loot containers around the pillar. These chests commonly contain legendary blueprints such as Jupiter and Equalizer.

The Jupiter functions as a railgun that excels at piercing heavy armor, while the Equalizer is a unique energy weapon specialized for shredding ARC armor.

Take these recipes to the Gunsmith to craft them. Before departure, finish breaching remaining panels along the upper inner ledge and loot every container for high-value resources you can use in crafting or sell for a sizable pile of coins back in Speranza.

Extraction and Safety

When bags are full, peek outside to confirm the Queen is patrolling away and that a Rocketeer has not respawned. Extract at the nearest point or slip out through a Raider Hatch if a Hatch Key is on hand.

To protect the blueprints, store them in Safe Pockets before moving. The Harvester can reliably yield blueprints worth thousands of coins each, and when combined with all the other salvage recovered inside, a successful run can net tens of thousands of coins per clear.
