CODE VEIN II Guide | How to Find Powerful Items
Here’s a guide on how to find powerful items in CODE VEIN II.

Building your power involves more than just swinging a weapon; you have to make use of every item you find. As you travel, you will pick up a lot of food.
You can use the Item Synthesis menu to make useful buffs out of these items. Say you want to improve your attack power for a Boss fight? Making Soup will do that. If you need more defense, fried rice can help because it raises your Vitality and defense.

Gathering Recipes and Supplies
The best way to get new things to cook is by giving Gifts to your Partners at MagMell. When you trade with them, you can unlock specific Crafting Recipes in CODE VEIN II.
Some Partners will even sell the finished items directly. For instance, Noah sells Consume Soup, so you can stock up on attack buffs without having to cook them yourself. Food is hidden all over the world, so grab everything you see.

Finding Minions and Upgrade Tokens
While you are out exploring, you will run into Minions. These characters are very important because they let you fix up your gear while you are away from home.
Every Minion has a different shop, so you should check their stock every time you find one. The most important items to buy are Customer Tokens.

Mastering Your Equipment
Once you have these Customer Tokens, you can go back to MagMell and buy as many Upgrade Materials as you want. This lets you level up all your Weapons as much as you like, as long as you have enough Haze to pay for it.
Using these tokens is the only way to make sure you can keep trying out new builds and gear. Minions stay marked on your map once you find them, and they are usually near a fast travel point in CODE VEIN II.
Even if you are low on Haze, at least talk to them so you know where to go back later to get those tokens and new gear.
