Game Guide by Joyramen on  Oct 28, 2025

The first episode of Dispatch serves as an introduction for the player on how the story of the game unfolds. Introducing various characters and planting their hierarchy through character dynamics.

The gameplay loop functions through choices; any choice will bear its consequences in the overall plot. This guide will go through the more consequential choices and how they pan out in the first episode.

Pull Him Back or Let Him Drop

During the interrogation scene where Mecha Man is prying for information.

You are given a choice to:

  • Pull Him Back

Or

  • Let Him Fall

If you choose to pull him back, it will show a sense of restraint and calmness. The man will be spared, and I will also give you the correct location.

But if you decide to let him drop, it shows more of Mecha Man's cold and ruthless side; rather harmless in the end, as there is a mattress on top of the dumpster to soften the landing.

To Punt or Stomp

After collecting information from the goon; there’s an altercation where you must decide whether you should

  • Punt

Or

  • Stomp

Punting will send the goon flying across the wall and out of the building, but he will eventually make his way back, barely walking through the door.

It’s definitely the flashier choice, but a bit less brutal.

Stomping looks heavier and more violent, which offers more bigger at the cost of reputation. It’s less flashy but signifies strength.

Punch with Right or Left

There will be a scene where Mecha Man will try and stop thugs from taking TVs and loading them into a truck. You are approached by someone with a crowbar, and you’ll have to decide whether to punch with:

  • Right Hand

Or

  • Left Hand

If you decide to punch with your right hand, you will get countered and be hit with a crowbar.

Punching with the left hand will knock the thug out.

Flamebae — Water or Alcohol

There was a funny bar scene where Mecha Man gets confronted by Flamebae in a bar, he flaunts his powers, during which you are given the option to:

  • Throw Water

Or

  • Throw Alcohol

If you through water, it will burn out his flames and weaken him, heal March towards you, and slip on the wet floor and lose a couple of teeth on the counter.

If you throw alcohol, it will fuel the fire, causing his hair to catch fire and him to panic and run away, causing a scene.

This choice is more chaotic, but it does leave an impression on Coupé.

Both choices will still end up resulting in you upsetting the bartender and getting kicked out.

Kiss or Pass — Blonde Blazer

At the end of the episode, there will be a scene where you and Blonde Blazer, and you will share an intimate moment up high on the billboard.

You’ll be given the option to:

  • Kiss

Or

  • Pass

Choosing to kiss her at this moment will result in an awkward twist where Mecha Man kisses her and she doesn't kiss him back, followed by her saying that she sent out the wrong impression.

But this choice does open future romance options with Blonde Blazer.

Whereas letting the moment pass momentarily makes both of them fall back with a hint of romantic tension.

The first episode is rather laid-back when it comes to the consequences of your actions.

But a few choices do have an outcome and ripple into later episodes, hence the need for choosing options that resonate with how you intend on Mecha Man being portrayed.
