Reaching Her Quest Line

Her side quest chain doesn't appear until you hit a certain point in the main story. Once you get there, you don't need to go searching for it; her quest should show up on its own without any extra digging.

Working Through the Quest Chain

Recruiting her involves completing a chain of three simple quests, one after another. None of them are especially complicated, so working through the chain shouldn't take long once it's unlocked. After you finish all three quests, Silica will officially join your party.
