A van is parked in front of the Cauldron North - Ace Chemicals SubWayne Station and blocks your path. You need to turn on the power to the nearby billboard to get the driver to move.

Fixing the Power

First, go to the back of the building. You will see a pipe that is spraying fire. Switch to Jim Gordon and use his Foam Sprayer to put out the flames. Once the fire is out, press the button near the pipe to send power through the wires.

Follow these wires up the side of the building. You will reach a locked case. Punch the case to open it, then press the button inside in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.

Finalizing the Activation

Go to the front of the SubWayne Station to find the next button. Use your Batclaw to pull it open, then hit it with a Batarang. Climb up onto the roof behind the billboard. You will see a locked container. Punch it to break it open and press the button hiding inside.

With all the buttons pressed, walk over to the worker standing by the van. Talk to them and they will drive away, leaving the SubWayne Station open for you to use.
