If you want a simple Rock-type line that evolves fast, Rolycoly is a clean pick. It spawns in one clear zone, so you can head straight there and start searching right away. After you catch it, both evolutions are only level-based. No trades. No items. No special time-of-day rules.

Where To Find Rolycoly

Rolycoly is found on the far right side of the map in a general stretch of land. It is spread across that region but is said to be mostly concentrated in one part of it. Once you reach the zone, ride around and keep scanning the ground until you see it.

How To Evolve Rolycoly Into Carkol

After you catch Rolycoly, evolve it at level 18. If you want to do it instantly, use Exp. Candy to push it to level 18. If your Rolycoly is already above that level, the evolution is still simple. Just level it once, and it will evolve into Carkol.
