Getting to Alfornada Gym can be confusing because the game funnels you through a cave route that may be blocked. If the cave entrance will not let you pass, it is usually because the last Titan has not been cleared yet. That final Titan unlocks the climbing ability for Koraidon or Miraidon, which is the intended way to reach this area.

There is also a workaround route that lets you reach Alfornada without that fight, using land bridges instead.

The Intended Method: Unlock Climbing From The Final Titan

If you want the cleanest route, complete the final Titan from the Path of Legends. This unlocks the climbing ability, which makes the cave route work normally and also gives you one of the best movement upgrades in the game. After climbing is unlocked, you can go back to the blocked cave and pass through like usual.

The Bypass Method: Land Bridges Route Into Alfornada

If you do not want to fight the final Titan yet, you can still reach Alfornada by taking a bypass. Start near the blocked cave area, then jump down to the ledge shown in the route and follow the land bridges.

Stay on the bridges and keep moving forward. The main risk is falling off while riding fast, so slow down on tight turns and keep the camera steady.

As you continue, follow the path up and around until you reach another cave entrance. This second cave is not blocked in the route, so you can enter it without the climbing upgrade. Go through it and keep heading straight. If you stay on the obvious forward path, it eventually leads directly into Alfornada.

Finding The Gym Once You Reach Town

When you enter Alfornada, you are basically done. The Gym is up the road from where you arrive, so just head forward through town, and you will see it along the main path.
