Find every Blue Stake, open the Shrine, and unlock the legendary Chien-Pao.

The Blue Stakes are spread across the snowy side of Paldea, with a few placed near landmarks that are easy to miss if you do not check the map carefully. Once you pull all of them, the Shrine linked to the blue set unlocks, and you can catch the legendary Pokémon tied to it.

This route focuses on clear map references, such as the Snowy Mountain, the Grove of Bamboos, a waterfall, and a lighthouse area, so you can move quickly and avoid backtracking.

Blue Stake Starting Spot Near The Snowy Mountains

The first Blue Stake is on a small island-like piece of land with a narrow inlet beside it. It sits up in the snowy region, so use the Snowy Mountain area as your main reference while lining up the exact spot on the map.

Blue Stake On A Ridge Close To The Snow

Another Blue Stake is on a small ridge, still very close to the snowy side of the map. If you are already traveling around the Snowy Mountains, this one is a short move away, so check raised edges and narrow ledges.

Blue Stake On A Weird Mountain Beside The Snowy Area

The next Blue Stake is on a strange-shaped mountain right beside the snow. Use the map to center yourself near the snowy region, then move across the uneven mountain shape until you spot it.

Blue Stake Near The Grove Of Bamboos

One blue stake is placed pretty close to the grove of bamboos. From there, use the snowy region as a general direction check. The stake is on a cliff edge near a big tree, so aim for the high side and look for that tree as a strong visual marker.

Blue Stake High Up Near A Big Waterfall

Another Blue Stake is set very high up and close to a large waterfall. The key detail here is height. Stay above the lower paths and keep climbing until you reach the upper ledge area near the falling water.

Blue Stake Near The City And Lighthouse Area

There is also a Blue Stake near a city, close to the lighthouse area. It sits on a hill, so approach from the lower ground, then climb to the highest point.

Shrine Location Inside The Waterfall

The shrine is located at the top of a waterfall, right where the map marker is placed. Climb up to the top, then check inside the waterfall itself, because the shrine is hidden within it. If you notice a Dragonite nearby, you are in the right spot, so keep pushing upward until you can enter.
