Finding the Mini Cabin Figurines rewards you with the Mini-Hunter Supreme achievement. So here are the locations where you have to go to find these in the Mini Cabins.

Solar Power Plant Collectibles

The first collectible is on top of a pile of yellow cargo containers in the Power Distribution Center. You can find the second cabin on a top bunk bed behind the security netting in the Concourse. The third figure is above the main hallway, on an open ventilation shaft.

Mass Production Array Sector

Head into the industrial Shopping District so that you can get all the Mini Cabin locations in Pragmata and shoot the fourth figure by a movie poster. The 5th robot is way up high, on a printed cargo truck stuck into the wall of the Side Alley.

The sixth is within an open shipping container near the last exit ladder of the Lim Recycling Facility.

Terra Dome Anomaly

The seventh figurine is stuck high in the branches of the tree near the broken staircase to the Eco Modeling Lab. The eighth collectible is located on a concrete ledge on the Soil Research outdoor balcony. The ninth unit is locked up in the secure control room which sits right on a laboratory desk.

Discovery of Lunum Mines

The tenth target is on a high structural beam just outside the Crane Operation Yard office window. Shoot the eleventh figure on top of the big ceiling crane in the central storage Warehouse. Falling through the gaps in the floor of the Nexus Tower, looking up at the gray wire box, you find the twelfth cabin.
