Bastion drops down from the mess of wires and heavy machines at the far end of the arena. This fight has three parts. Each part adds new tricks that force you to move differently.

Learning the Patterns
The boss likes to shoot two projectiles at the floor that turn into moving walls. These walls travel straight at you. They come in Blue or Yellow. The colors show you which side of the room is safe. Usually, the boss sends several walls in a row, so stay alert after the first one passes.
Bastion also points a laser at the ground to make Yellow rings that pulse outward. These shockwaves get taller with every pulse in Saros.
You should use the jump pads scattered around the floor to hop over them. If a large star-shaped group of Yellow shots appears, just run to one side. These do not follow you, so they are easy to dodge if you move fast.
Look out for a spinning spiral of shots. Right now, the center is Blue and the outside is Yellow. Hold up your Shield and stand in the middle to block the shots safely. The boss also has a tracking laser.
It starts as a dim line that follows your feet. When the energy pulls in, it turns into a thick beam that deals damage. Blue shots will spin around this beam, so keep your Shield up if they get too close.

Crowded Space
Once the first health bar is gone, the boss flies into the ceiling. Two Yellow lasers will block off the sides of the room for the rest of the battle.
To bring the boss back down, you must hunt and destroy the Guardian turrets. You can find them on the ground or stuck to the platforms hanging above you.
When the boss returns, the wall attacks get harder because they can now be Red. You have to use the jump pads to fly over these. The spiral attack also changes. The colors might flip so that Yellow is in the middle, or it might stay the same as before.
A new move fills the air with tiny Blue orbs that stay still. Then, the boss sends shockwaves to force you to jump into them.
The trick is to stay far away. The orbs will vanish on their own before the shockwaves reach you, leaving you free to jump. The boss also fires Yellow shots that follow you. Dash right before they hit to make them fly past.

The Final Push
After the second health bar drops, the boss hides again. Go after the Guardian turrets one more time. Some now have shields, so you need to get close and use melee. When Bastion comes back for the final round, the spiral attack can have Red (Nova) shots in the center.
The fight gets very fast here. The floor rings come out much quicker and get tall almost instantly. You have to stay moving. You can hide on the upper platforms, but be careful not to touch the glowing panels because they will burn you in Saros.
