After you have raised the bridge to the city, start by walking across the bridge. You need to wait for the Guardian turrets to shoot their lasers at your shield.

Smash them after they fire. Then, you have to parry the many Nova shots sitting on the steps. This opens a small window for you to run up the stairs.

The Ruins and the Eclipse

Once you get to the ruins, look for the Nightmare Strand portal. You will also see the Eclipse pedestal with an Augment sitting right by it. It is up to you if you want to start the Eclipse yet. If you turn it on, the whole place looks different in Saros.

Every red puddle in the Blighted Marsh becomes a green pool of poison. These pools will burn you if you touch them. They also spit out tall bursts of acid, so keep your distance.

Turning on the Dam Elevator

Keep fighting until you reach the bottom of a big elevator by the dam. The two terminals there are dead. Your suit says they need power to make the elevator move.

Look to the left and right of the lift to find two side paths. You will have to clear out several rooms on these paths, including areas with Solar Cages in Saros.

Finding the Illuminated Generators

Follow a path until you see a tall tower. Use the lift to get to the roof and grab the first Illuminated Generator. A teleporter will turn on nearby. Step inside to warp back to the main elevator.

You can drop the Illuminated Generator into a hole now or go get the second one first. The next Illuminated Generator is also high up in a tower. Find the lift around the back of the structure, then climb and jump your way to the very top.

The Climb and Legion

After you collect both Illuminated Generators, use the teleporter to return to the base of the dam. Put the items into the two open slots in Saros.

This makes the elevator come down to your level. Step on and ride it up. At the top, walk past the two supply boxes and enter the open space. A Solar Cage will trap you inside as Legion shows up for the battle.
