In order to survive in Stellar Blade, Eve must improve her health. The maximum number of her health points can be increased by collecting Body Cores dispersed around the planet. This guide will show you all the body core locations in the Great Desert and how to get them.

Body Core #1 Xion City & the Great Desert

Stellar Blade Guide, Body Core #1 Xion City & the Great Desert

To begin, locate Roxanne in Xion City after fighting Matrix 11. She will offer the quest "An Offer You Can't Refuse," which is required to achieve the first Body Core. Make sure to increase her affinity by purchasing products from her shop in advance.

Once you have completed the task, travel to the Great Desert. You will come upon debris and a turret. Use garbage mounds and boulders as cover to approach safely and destroy the turret with long-range weaponry. Once the turret is down, collect the item it drops and return to Roxanne in Xion City for the First Body Core as a prize.

Body Core #2 Central Great Desert Supply Camp

Stellar Blade Guide, Body Core #2 Central Great Desert Supply Camp

Begin at the Central Great Desert Supply Camp, located just south of the Great Desert Oasis.
From the camp, look south toward the rocky ledges and cliffs nearby.
Jump and climb your way along the series of ledges, following the path that loops and rises gradually upward.
Eventually, you’ll find yourself standing on a ledge above a corpse below—the Second Body Core is on that corpse.
Drop down carefully to retrieve it.

Body Core #3 Debris-Filled Entryway Supply Camp

Start at the Debris-Filled Entryway Supply Camp, located in the eastern part of the Great Desert.
From the camp, head directly east into a field of crumbling ruins.
Explore the westernmost structures within the ruins—look for a small, half-destroyed building near the edge of the ruins.
Inside this structure, you’ll find a corpse tucked behind rubble or near a broken wall, holding the Third Body Core.

Body Core #4 Northeastern Buried Ruins

Travel to the Buried Ruins area in the eastern sector of the Great Desert.
Head to the northeastern part of the settlement, where the sand-covered roads narrow between broken buildings.
Look for a body slumped near a crumbled wall or vehicle—this one is easy to overlook among the street debris.
Interact with it to obtain the Fourth Body Core.
