Buying the Shield

During Act Three, you need to go to the Forlorn Swords area. Turn right after going up the stairs in Volker Village. Find the forge where a character named Flaithri works.

He will sell you the Paragon's Shield. If you have already bought it, he will not have another one for sale. This is much better than waiting for a lucky drop while you play in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

Shield Stats and Effects

This shield is very helpful if you use a lot of spells. When you block an attack, the Paragon's Shield turns 50% of that blocked damage back into Mana. It is a perfect choice for a mage build because it helps you keep your energy up during a fight.
