The Flesh-Ripper is a great choice if you want to use toxins in Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon. The free Bonus Content 2 update from March 2026 added this weapon.

You can get it as a random Immaculate Item Drop during the Wyrdness, but the best way to get it is to go to a specific shop.

Finding the Weapon

In Act Three, you need to go to the Forlorn Swords area. On your map, find Sveinn Village. When you get there, go straight after going up the ramp. Follow another ramp until you reach a house.

Inside, you will find an NPC named H'jarn. He sells the Flesh-Ripper in his shop. This is much easier than searching for random drops while exploring in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

Stats and Poison Effects

This weapon is perfect for draining an enemy's health over time. Every hit you land with the Flesh-Ripper puts a large amount of Poison on your target.

This makes it a great choice for fighting bosses or enemies with a lot of armor. You can see the base stats and the look of the weapon when you hold it in your hand. It is a very effective tool if you prefer a playstyle that relies on status effects to win fights.
