A guide on how to recharge magical enchanted weapons in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered.

In The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, you can recharge your enchanted weapon in two ways. Here are the methods, you can do that.
Method 1: Pay for Recharging
If you're in a pinch and need your magical weapons recharged quickly, head to the Imperial City. This isn't the ideal method, but it works when you're in a hurry. Go to the Mystic Emporium in the Market District and speak to the NPC there. She will recharge your weapons for you for a fee.
Method 2: Recharge Your Own Weapons (Recommended)
This is the method you really want to focus on if you're going to be playing this game for the long haul. The ability to recharge your own magical items will be invaluable throughout your journey.
Getting Soul Trap
To recharge your own weapons, you first need to get the Soul Trap spell. Head to Chorrol and go to the north gate, then enter the Mage's Guild. Look for Alberic Litte, who will sell you the Soul Trap spell. Sometimes he doesn't have the spell option available as he only works a few hours a day, even when he's in the building.
If you speak to him and there's no "purchase spell" option, just rest a few times and then return. The Soul Trap spell costs about 360 gold.
Acquiring Soul Gems
You'll also need soul gems. It doesn't really matter what level to begin with. You can find some in display cases in the Mage's Guild, or take some off the tables if you're feeling sneaky. Many vendors sell them throughout the game, including an Argonian in the Guild. Don't worry about buying the expensive ones—the cheap, common ones are fine for starting out.
Enemy types have certain levels of soul quality. For example, a dragon's soul will only go in a grand soul gem, while a goblin's soul will fit into one of the smaller soul gems. It's a common-sense system for the most part.
Leveling Up Mysticism
If you're struggling to level up Mysticism, the best approach, as with most magical schools other than Destruction, is to cast a spell over and over again. Use a minor detection spell from the Mysticism school and keep casting it repeatedly until you reach your desired level.
You can power-level this by following an alchemy guide that will get you to level 100 alchemy in under two hours, allowing you to make almost infinite potions and money. With this, you can sit and spam spells with infinite mana. You need to reach level 25 Mysticism to cast Soul Trap effectively.
Capturing a Soul
When you're ready to capture a soul, head out into the wilderness and find a creature to fight, like a Timberwolf. Be careful with Soul Trap as it only works for a limited time—the basic spell lasts for 20 seconds.
Do some damage first to get the creature's health low. You need to apply the killing blow while Soul Trap is active on the target. Select Soul Trap from your quick bar, target the creature, and cast it. Once the spell hits, kill the creature before the spell effect expires. You'll see a notification saying "You captured a soul" in the top left corner.
Using the Soul to Recharge
After capturing a soul, check your inventory. One of your soul gems will now be filled. Unfortunately, there might not be an obvious way to see which of your gems has been filled, but you can select each one to check.
When you find your filled soul gem, select it and you can apply the soul to recharge your weapon, boosting its magical power back up.
By mastering this process, you'll save money and become more self-sufficient in your adventures throughout Cyrodiil.
