The Outer Worlds 2 Guide | How to Get Otto’s Information (Puzzle)

The process of finding Otto’s information during the "Last Voyager of ACS Free Market" requires you to venture out into a restricted area, solve a puzzle, and return the data to Auto to progress.

To find the Location, you’ll want to start by heading towards the marked area in the journal.

From the main path, you’ll want to move forward up until you reach the section where you'l need to cross the metal hallway underneath.

Continue forward until the past splits, and then head up the ladder, where, at the top, you’ll be met with a puzzle. The puzzle will require you to activate levers in a specific order, or else they will reset.

Follow the sequence accordingly:

1. Top-left, bottom-right, middle-left, and bottom-middle.
2. Middle-left, middle-right, and top-right.
3. Bottom-left, top-middle, bottom-middle, and top-right.

After entering the sequence correctly, the door should unlock, allowing you to access the small chamber that contains Otto's Information Terminal.

You’ll need to interact with the council to download the required data. You can also collect a bunch of loot in the area; you’ll find weapons and other loot inside the room.

The area and head back to Otto to hand the data. When you speak to him, select the dialogue option that asks about the "Free Market"; this will give you the recovery information, which will complete the stage of the quest.
