YAPYAP Guide | How To Revive Your Teammates

In Yap Yap, your team will not survive every fight. Some enemies are stronger than you expect. Sometimes you get surrounded. When that happens, your friends can get knocked out. This does not mean the run is over. You can bring them back if you know where to go and what to do. This guide explains how to find the revival room and how to complete the ritual correctly.

When A Teammate Falls

When your friend is defeated, their body does not stay where they fell. Instead, it is moved to a specific location inside the castle. You do not need to carry them. You do not need an item. The game handles that part for you.

Your job is to reach the revival room safely.

Finding The Revival Room

Look for a room with floating totems. This room stands out because the totems hover in the air. When you enter, you will notice that this is not a normal combat space.

Your teammates’ bodies will appear here automatically. If someone on your team is down, this is where they will be.

The Revival Incantation

In front of you, there will be a written incantation. This is the spell you must speak to revive your friends.

You must use your microphone. Read the words out loud. Keep chanting them clearly.

The spell includes the following words:

• Anima
• Vita
• Corpus
• Altos
• Lumen
• Oculus
• Anima
• Vita

Speak the words as they appear. Continue repeating them until the text disappears. When the words vanish, the ritual is complete, and your teammates will stand back up.

What If You Make A Mistake

If you mispronounce a word or stumble while speaking, do not panic. The spell will not fail instantly. Just keep chanting. The system is forgiving. As long as you continue speaking the spell, the revival will complete.

Staying Safe During Revival

Reviving takes time. You are vulnerable while chanting. Make sure the room is clear before you begin.

If enemies are nearby, deal with them first or have another teammate guard you. If everyone is down except you, move carefully before starting the ritual.

Tips For Faster Recovery

Revival is easier when your team communicates. Let your teammates know you are heading to the totem room.

If multiple players are down, revive them as soon as possible. A full team is stronger and safer. Always remember the floating totems. When things go wrong, that room is your second chance.
