The Guardian of Light

It's been definitely her week. First it was her own road at Derby, now the news of a brand new game will make the masses erupt...

 

Square Enix has revealed that Lara Croft The Guardian of Light will be the new game featuring the legendary heroine. The game will be created by Crystal Dynamics who last worked on Tomb Raider : Underworld. The only thing revealed as of now is the game's logo.

 

 

General Manager of Crystal Dynamics Darrel Gallagher stated:  This is a really exciting project for Crystal Dynamics, we have created something completely new and very different to what people might be expecting. Lara Croft is such an iconic character in videogames, with Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light we have created what we believe is a truly original digital experience.

 

The game is expected later this year and will be available on digital download. Are we the only ones noticing that the name Tomb Raider is missing?
