Assassin's Creed Mirage may have a gem of a storyline, but the gameplay isn't any less. They complement each other well, whilst going blow for blow too.

The gameplay has many achievements laid out for you to unlock, and we will show you how to achieve them.

Self-Improvement

Kicking things off on the long list of achievements is Self-Improvement.

All 23 of the skills in the three skill trees that are available on the Pause menu must be unlocked. Following the completion of story quests, contracts on the Hideout Board, some Tales of Baghdad, and the discovery of Lost Books, you gain skill points.

A total of 62 points will earn you this achievement.

Cutting Edge

Weapons can be obtained through Story Mode progression, contract completion, and looting gear chests in all five regions in the game—the Round City, the Wilderness, Karkh, Abbasiyah, and Harbiyah.

A maximum of two upgrades is allocated for each weapon. You are going to want to buy both to unlock this achievement.

The following materials are required for upgrading: 90x Leather, 180x Steel Ingots, and 2x Upgrade Schematics.

A trip to the Blacksmith can get you an upgrade on your desired weapon.

Thick Skin

The achievement Thick Skin follows a similar rulebook to Cutting Edge.

Outfits are obtained via Story Mode progression, contract completion, and via gear chests in all five regions.

Again, a maximum of two upgrades per outfit, for which you're going to need 90x Leather, 180x Steel Ingots, and 2x Upgrade Schematics.

A visit to the Tailor can get your desired outfit upgraded.

Bird of Prey

This one tasks you with tagging 100 guards with Enkidu.

Pressing the Up button on your D-pad, if you've got a console, or B on PC, will allow you to view the map from above; then use the L2/LT button or right-click on your mouse for PC.

Use Square on PlayStation, X on Xbox, or C for PC to tag the guards.

Eagle's Eye

You'll have to kill 75 guards using throwing knives.

You'll automatically get knives during the second quest, "A New Beginning." Press G to equip knives and then throw them using the right or left click on your mouse for PC.

As for PlayStation and Xbox, press R2/RT to equip the knives and throw them using the same buttons.

Headhunter

Headhunter pretty much falls under Eagle's Eye, but only needs you to headshot 20 different guards using throwing knives.

Pro tip: whenever using throwing knives, just aim for the head, as you're trying for Eagle's Eye, and you'll more than likely have unlocked this achievement.

Street Cleaner

For this achievement, you are going to have to hide five bodies in Bales of Hay. After reaching Baghdad during the story, you can quickly check this off your achievements list for Assassin's Creed Mirage.

Kill an enemy and hide their body in a hay cart, easy as that. Just do it five times, and you have your achievement.

A True Hidden One

Assassinate ten guards consecutively without an open conflict.

Find a secluded area and kill 10 guards without anybody noticing. It's important to mention that you don't need a disguise, as long as you don't engage in open combat, so that nobody sees you.

Gifted Escapist

You'll have to collapse twenty scaffolding structures.

It's fairly easy to do, as there are scaffolding structures all around the map that you can knock down; just find twenty of them and destroy them, and you'll be another achievement closer to perfection in Assassin's Creed Mirage.

Unstoppable

You'll need to kill five guards using the Assassin's Focus. The Assassin's Focus is an ability that unlocks by itself after the assassination of Al-Ghul. It allows chain assassination of enemies when out of conflict.

The ability is limited to two chain assassinations at first, but you can upgrade it and max it to five for the achievement.

Find a location with five guards and activate Assassin's Focus to take out your foes even when you are out of conflict.

Notorious & Poster Boy

For both these achievements, you have to max out your notoriety. Just do your assassin shenanigans, and you can avail that.

For Poster Boy, you have to remain anonymous for ten minutes after taking down "Wanted" posters.

The Shadow and the Flame

You are required to defeat a Shakiriyya in combat. Shakiriyyas are formidable foes that appear when Basim reaches Level 3 Notoriety as you commit crimes.

Stealth attacks are useless, so use smoke bombs and traps to weaken the enemy and defeat them.

Silencer

For this one, you have to destroy a horn bearer's horn using a throwing knife. Horn bearers are guards who you'll find with a horn icon.

Get as close as possible, equip your knife, and throw it at his belt, carrying the horn, which should unlock this achievement for you.

Dawn and Dusk

An achievement for sitting on a bench. Literally! Good news for some of you out there.

Use the benches to pass the time; repeat five times, and you have yourself an achievement. All in a day's work.

The Hands of a Thief

The ability to pickpocket will be unlocked during the quest for "The Master Thief of Anbar." You just have to do it 50 times; that's it, and the achievement is yours.

Pickpocketing can be essential as you get Dirhams, trinkets, or Tokens. So for this one, you'll want to use Eagle Vision and mark an NPC and get in closer range to steal something. Simple as that.

These next few achievements are small and fairly easy to complete.

You Snooze You Lose

You have to pickpocket a guard who's tranquilized by a blow dart to unlock this achievement.

Attention Seeker

Distract ten guards with noisemakers to unlock this achievement.

Up In Smoke

Ambush
