Directive 8020, Guide, How to Save the Entire Crew & Get the Best Ending

Episode #1

Early in the game when you control Carter, pick the choice to encounter the Oracle and give the green light for the system reboot.

Later during the spacewalk with Carter and Simms, hit the button prompts quickly so you can catch Simms. After that, make sure Simms does not catch up to Carter during the chase.

Episode #2

When dealing with the console during Power Games, shut down the Landing Computer instead of the defense network. While Eisele talks to Stafford under Suspicions, select Accuse and then Contemplate to receive some guidance.

Finally, keep out of sight of Simms during the movement sections, pick Plead at the airlock, and make your getaway.

Episode #3

Guide Cernan to the Control Room without letting any threats spot you. Next, have Stafford fix the Landing Computer and hit every button prompt to get him back into his chair.

Hit the prompt quickly to give Williams his shot inside the pod, and select Confide when Cernan talks to Cooper. Near the end, guide Cooper to find the Utility Strap belonging to Carter so you can listen to the audio log in Directive 8020.

Episode #4

Keep Cooper and Anders away from the crew member searching for them during the upper levels. When Stafford asks to clear the use of a weapon, select Refuse. After that, do your best to help Young get away from the attacker near the bridge.

Episode #5

Control Eisele to slip past the threat in Waste Management and turn on the power for the reactor. In the lab, use the numbers 1-6-8 on the lock, and pick Consider, Approve, and then Question while talking to Anders so Williams gets knocked out. When the sabotage happens, pick Save Anders because you shut down the Landing Computer earlier.

Use the tool to open the door, though if you miss the prompts, Cooper steps in and Anders ends up hurt from the cold. When Stafford asks for help at the end, have Eisele volunteer.

Episode #6

Guide Stafford or Eisele quietly through the dark space, then head up the ladder. When Stafford aims the weapon, select Stand Down instead of firing at Williams.

When the second Eisele appears at the scanner, select Test. After hearing the advice from earlier, choose to Shoot Eisele to hit the fake one.

Episode #7

Look for the real Anders during the trek. Take the last right fork and the cave entrances where she waits. Afterward, keep Young and Cernan out of sight so they do not get caught by the threats in the labs in Directive 8020.

Episode #8

Select Order to bring Williams along with the group. Pay close attention during the movement paths in the Redirect, Atrium, Mess Hall, and Reactor zones to avoid missing any button prompts. Help the teammate caught by the growth just before time runs out.

When managing the entryway as Cooper, select Save to let Mitchell inside the room. Finally, complete the final chain of button prompts as the game switches between different crew members to ensure everyone makes it to the escape vehicle.
