The Containment Sector is filled with bridge and Grappling Hook puzzles to be solved to be able to reach the Isolation Cistern in End of Abyss. The main problem is a gap on Floor 3 (F3), where activating one bridge makes another one retract. You'll have to relocate the bridges, turn on the Anchor Points, and follow a looping path to reach the Isolation Cistern.
Before attempting this route, make sure you have collected the Grappling Hook from the Containment Sector. You need it to cross gaps, pull down ladders, and use Anchor Points.

Equip the Radiation Protection Suit Mod to protect yourself from the radiation in this area.
Start from the Floor 2 Restoration Pod room. Head through the nearby passage and climb the ladder that can be pulled down using the Grappling Hook.
Continue past the enemy, pass through the hole in the wall, and follow the route upward.
Retract the First Bridge
Proceed until you reach an area containing several Extendable Bridges.
Your first objective is to retract the bridge blocking the Anchor Points needed later.
Find the nearby switch and activate it to move the bridge out of the way.
Return to the ladder and continue toward the next bridge mechanism.
Activate the Bridge Across the Gap
Follow the route until you reach another gap. The lever controlling the bridge is located on the opposite side.
Look for a ladder leading downward. Climb down and eliminate the enemies in the lower area.
Cross the walkway and climb the ladder at the far end. Continue upward until you reach what appears to be a dead end.

Instead of turning around, drop down from the ledge to reach the bridge lever.
Activate the lever to extend the bridge across the gap. However, doing so retracts the lower bridge you previously crossed.

Use the Grappling Hook to Complete the Loop
After activating the bridge, drop down and continue past the ladder.
Use the Grappling Hook to cross the nearby gap, then head through the hole in the wall and climb the next ladder.
You will reach the Anchor Points that were previously blocked by the first bridge.
If these Anchor Points are still lowered, you must reach the upper balcony and activate the nearby lever to raise them. You may need to complete another loop through the surrounding rooms.
Once the Anchor Points are raised, use the Grappling Hook to cross.
Defeat the Armored Masses and Reach the Elevator
Continue until you reach another Restoration Pod. Save your progress before moving forward.
The next section contains two Armored Masses. These enemies are heavily armored, but you can bait them into charging into walls.
When an Armored Mass hits a wall, it becomes temporarily stunned. Use this opportunity to attack its exposed back.
After defeating both enemies, continue along the upper walkway.
Activate the balcony lever if you have not already raised the Anchor Points below.
Follow the route to the elevator and ride it down to the lower bridge area.
Cross into the Isolation Cistern
From the elevator, return to the bridge you extended earlier and cross the gap.
Follow the available path until you reach the staircase leading toward the Isolation Cistern.
Before entering, activate the nearby shortcut elevator. This connects the area to an earlier Restoration Pod, allowing you to return quickly and save your progress.

Return using the elevator and proceed toward the Isolation Cistern.
The area contains a hole in the floor leading to the Radiation Host boss encounter, so prepare your equipment before dropping down.
By repositioning the bridges, activating the Anchor Points, and completing the Grappling Hook route, you can reach the Isolation Cistern and continue toward the final SCU.
