After defeating Radiation Host and overriding the third SCU in End of Abyss, your next objective is to return to the Central Elevator. However, finding the correct route back can be confusing because you must travel from the Containment Sector to Factory East. The quickest option is to use the Shuttle system, although you can also return through the connecting areas.
Once you defeat Radiation Host, follow the eastern passage and activate the final SCU in the Containment Sector.

With all three SCUs overridden, the Central Elevator becomes operational, allowing you to access the Lower Levels.
The next place you need to go is Factory East. The Central Elevator is on Floor 1 (F1).
Return to Factory East
After arriving at the Factory East Shuttle Station, leave the Shuttle and enter the adjoining room.

Continue through the door leading away from the station, then head down the nearby stairs.
The Central Elevator is located just beyond this staircase, so you will not need to travel far after leaving the Shuttle.

Use the Central Elevator
Head to the Central Elevator and use the controls.
Once all three SCUs are activated, you can take the elevator down to the Lower Levels and continue on with the main story.
Before you go any further, you might want to finish any remaining exploration or gather any useful supplies, as the Lower Levels are the game's last major area.
Once you have defeated Radiation Host and taken over SCU 3, return via the Shuttle to Factory East, descend the stairs from the station, and board the Central Elevator to the Lower Levels.
